One on one Pilates: 
50 minutes of Pilates based exercise.

Introductory session will include health history and 
goal setting, plus movement assessments and 
an introduction to the fundamentals of Pilates, 
if you are new to the system.

Duos, two clients working out together with instructor guidance.
Requires instructor approval. 

Also available, is my unique blended approach to whole body 
balancing:
Sessions are customized for each client and may include brain-based training.
I am undergoing extensive training in a cutting edge neurology based approach to fitness with Z - Health and Performance.
So far, I am certified in Z Health and Performance: 
Essentials, R-Phase, I-Phase and T-Phase.

Sessions may also include corrective exercises based on the Egoscue Method 
through which I trained and certified as a Posture and Alignment Specialist (PAS I).

One on one, whole body balancing session:
50 minute session which includes health history, assessments, and 
a customized blend of exercises and energy balancing tools.  
You will leave this session with homework and if you do the homework you
may be surprised how quickly you are able to make positive changes.  



All packages expire within 6 months of purchase.  *Sales tax will be added to the cost of each session or package*.
To qualify for the package rate please bring payment on the day of the first session in a new series.  
Please note: Pilates Werks accepts payment by cash or check only. Sessions are by appointment only.
Your appointment time is reserved specially for you, so a  minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required for cancellation of  scheduled appointments.   
Charges apply for late cancellation or missed appointments with fewer than 24 hrs. notice. 
Sessions begin at the *scheduled appointment time, delayed arrival will necessitate a shortened session. 
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. No shoes are needed, but socks are recommended. Thank you for reading the fine print!
